We all know that to renew driver's licence in Dubai, eye test is mandatory. But things are changed now. The Roads and Transportation Authority (RTA) in Dubai, suspended this rule which means you can now renew your license without conducting a vision test.

Regardless of the violations, black points and medical examination, the licences will be renewed for a year from the date of application.

The authority tweets that one can get a one-year online copy from March 29 on the RTA Dubai  and Dubai Drive app.

This new decision has been made to enhance precautionary and safety measures against the spread of Covid-19 coronavirus.
